711Proxy Review 2026: Pricing, Speed, and Who It's Actually For

71717171

711Proxy is one of the residential networks we resell on ProxyUniverse, which means two things: yes, we earn when you buy it — and yes, we see its real-world performance data across hundreds of users, not a one-day test. This review is based on that. Where 711Proxy is strong, we'll say so; where it isn't, we'll say that too.

What is 711Proxy?

711Proxy is a residential proxy network claiming 100M+ IPs across 200+ countries, aimed primarily at data scraping, e-commerce monitoring and multi-account work. It sells four product types:

Product

Direct price (from)

Model

Residential — GB

$0.55/GB

Pay per traffic

Residential — per IP

$0.03/IP

1 credit = 6 hours of use

Static residential (ISP)

$3.50/IP

Unlimited traffic, monthly

Unlimited rotating

$15/hour

Unmetered, random geo

What's actually good

  • GB pricing is genuinely low. $0.55–0.65/GB for residential traffic is bottom-of-market. Enterprise names charge $4–8/GB for comparable pools.

  • Antidetect-friendly. Standard SOCKS5/HTTP endpoints, username:password or whitelist auth — plugs straight into Dolphin Anty, AdsPower, Hidemium, BitBrowser.

  • Sticky and rotating sessions both supported, with state-level targeting on the residential pool.

  • The per-IP model (6-hour credits) is a cheap way to run short account sessions — at $0.03/IP it's one of the cheapest tickets in the industry.

What to watch out for

  • Pool freshness varies by region. US/EU IPs are consistently clean in our monitoring; some Asian and LATAM ranges score worse on fraud databases. Test your target geo before committing volume.

  • Rotation is aggressive by default. If you run logged-in accounts, configure sticky sessions explicitly, or you'll trip platform security.

  • Unlimited plan gives random geo only — fine for volume scraping, useless for geo-specific work.

  • It's a single network. Like the 2026 shutdowns of PIA S5, IP2World and 922 S5 showed, any one network can degrade or die — and your deposit with it.

Pricing is effectively the same — what changes is the risk model. Buying through an aggregator means your money isn't married to one network's uptime.

Who should pick 711Proxy

  • Scrapers and data teams — GB pricing is the main draw; success rate in our tests holds around the high 90s on common targets.

  • Antidetect multi-accounters on a budget — per-IP 6-hour credits are very cheap for session work; just lock sticky sessions.

  • Not ideal for: long-lived static accounts (take a static ISP plan instead) and geo-critical work outside US/EU without testing first.

Verdict

711Proxy earns its place in our catalog: aggressive pricing, standard protocols, decent pool in main geos. 4/5 — the missing point is for regional pool inconsistency. Buy it where it's strong (US/EU scraping and session work), and keep a fallback network on the same balance so one bad week doesn't stop your pipeline.
